Steve
Stultz, owner of Stultz Financial, Inc. has worked
in the SBA industry since 1972. Stultz Financial,
Inc. operates as a packager/lender service provider
in the Southern California area. Steve is past recipient
of SBA's National Financial Services Advocate Award and National
Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL)
Distinguished Service Award.
He has served on the NAGGL's Board since it's inception
in 1984 and currently serves as Past Chairman. Steve Stultz's participation in NAGGL
keeps him in touch with SBA lenders throughout the
US
Steve also serves on the board of directors for the CDC
Small Business Finance Corporation (the nation's
largest Certified Development Company). |

Jim Ely jim@sbapro.com
Jim
Ely has been in the SBA lending business since 1984
when he began working with Stultz Financial. Since
that time, he has been involved in all facets of
SBA lending such as business development, underwriting
and documentation. Key roles that Jim has played
over the years include franchise lending and assisting
lenders with establishing SBA lending programs.
Jim is currently working with SBA lenders in developing
their SBA lending activities in Southern California
and also actively working with borrowers in obtaining
financing. Jim also teaches SBA lending
classes for the National Association of Government
Guaranteed Lenders.
Jim is a graduate of UCLA which, always beats USC
in football. He is married and lives in Yorba Linda,
CA with his wife, four children, a dog, two cats,
a raccoon and a possum. |

Sharon Pellon sharon@sbapro.com
Sharon
Pellon has been involved in SBA lending since
1982. She has worked for several major SBA lenders
including a CDC providing 504 loans. Sharon assisted
in the start up of two top SBA divisions and has
a thorough understanding of all aspects of SBA
lending. Her background includes processing, servicing,
underwriting and sales.
In
1985, Sharon earned a paralegal certificate specializing
in bankruptcy and is knowledgeable in real estate
uniform commercial code laws.
